Shipping & Returns

Orders ship within 2-3 business days.  If an item is out of stock customer will be duly notified via email.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00.

Canada:  Flat rate shipping $10.00 via Canada Post 

USA:  Flat rate shipping $15.00 via Canada Post

For larger orders Free Shipping will be offered and shipped via FEDEX.

For international orders please note it's the customers full responsibility if local duties/taxes are incurred, and Casa Betina has no control on amounts, as these are stipulated by local governing laws. 

 Due to the nature of the product being handmade we do not accept returns.  Should you feel that you received a defective product, kindly send us an email with a foto to info@casabetina.com and we'll help you promptly.
